How to ensure product quality?
We procure raw materials with stable performance rather than opting for inexpensive stainless steel materials.
During the composite process, any substandard material at the head and tail of the strip is trimmed away; the remaining qualified material then undergoes random sampling to verify its bonding strength.
After the material is stamped into discs, the edges of each disc are ground, followed by cleaning and drying. The discs are then packaged by robot, ensuring that no bumps or surface damage occur at any stage of the process.
How long is the lead time for the products?
Typically, the lead time for raw materials is 25 to 30 days. As tri-ply stainless steel cookware gains increasing popularity and market demand rises year after year, delivery times have been extending—despite our best efforts to ramp up production capacity. Currently, the tri-ply stainless steel sector represents a true "blue ocean" market.
The lead time for finished cookware is generally somewhat longer; aside from standard market models, custom-ordered cookware requires a two-stage manufacturing process—first producing the tri-ply steel discs, and then fabricating the actual cookware. Depending on the specific quantity and quality requirements, this process typically takes between 40 and 60 days.
Usually, the minimum order quantity for each specification is 1000 pieces or 1 ton. However, for some customers who are just starting to produce 3-ply steel cookware, 1000 pieces seems too much. In such cases, we can accommodate new customers and accept smaller quantities as well. We will do our best to cooperate with the customers.
