The five-layer titanium material uses Ti to replace the 304 stainless steel on the inside. The thermal conductivity and appearance are basically the same as those of ordinary composite materials. The titanium on the inside is also silver, but it can be oxidized to change color. After the material is changed, the titanium kitchenware is healthier, has high hardness, and the pot body is light, which increases the durability of the kitchenware.

      In the market, there are several processes to promote titanium pots.

      The first is composite titanium material. There are few pots made of this material, which are expensive and complicated. There is no difference in appearance from traditional composite materials. There are too many counterfeit products in the market, which has led to low recognition of this material. The titanium surface can be etched or high-temperature nitrided to increase the non-stick properties inside the pot.

       Another is supersonic spraying. Unlike ordinary ones, it uses supersonic to embed titanium powder into the material surface to form a titanium coating, which can be used as the inside of the pot after polishing.

       The worst one is titanium spraying, which is not much different from ordinary spraying, and the coating may fall off.
