The E020 bottom and side polishing machine is a new polishing equipment of our company.It has the characteristics of one machine with multiple uses,easy operation,reliable performance,safety and practicality.The machine adopts two electric motors to drive the polishing wheel,which can polish the bottom and outside of the vessel.
The machine can clamp polishing wheels made of any material.By scraping and shaping its outer edge (to match the shape of the work piece),it can perform rough polishing,fine polishing or over-brightening on the outer bottom and outside of metal vessels.
The control system uses motion controller and "high-speed field bus"technology to achieve high-speed and accurate polishing process control of the machine.Automatic constant pressure polishing,real-time online detection and automatically accurate compensation function following the grinding wheel loss.Equipped with precise solid wax spraying method.
