SPB-4220 CNC front double heads edge polishing machine is a dual head combined digital polisher developed on the basis of our series of products and in combination with customer needs. The machine is of a horizontal structure, with a tight and compact design, and is equipped with a "high-speed fieldbus" control system technology, which can achieve "X, Y, and Q" three-axis linkage polishing action. One clamping can quickly complete two sanding and hemp wheel processes at the front edge, with smooth and consistent action and short auxiliary time, greatly improving polishing efficiency and quality. It is mainly suitable for mass production of stainless steel soup pans, frying pans, frying pans, and other products on the front edge.
