DB4140-ZD CNC reverse edge polishing machine is a double-head combination digital external polishing machine continuously developed by our company based on a series of products. The machine is of a horizontal overall structure with acompact layout. The edge and bottom polishing stations are arranged at 90 . The edge and bottom polishing processes can be caried out simultaneously, effectively improving polishing efficiency. At the same time, the machine fully takes into account the polishing process characteristics of the bottom polishing: before the polishing is completed, the bottom polishing station will perform a "trajectory drag" polishing action along the bottom of the pot to further improve the polishing quality of the part. This machine is mainly suitable for mass polishing production of metal products such as soup pans, frying pans, frying pans, etc.
