Double Heads Vertical Belt Sanding Machine is a new generation of automatic sanding machine continuously developed by our company on the basis of sanding series products. It can sanding the bottom of various round metal workpieces twice in different processes, and adopts double workpiece structure to realize one side sanding operation while the upper and lower workpieces, effectively improving work efficiency. The machine adopts precise belt shifting structure, bus control system and sanding process software independently developed by our company. The sanding mechanism is equipped with servo motor with absolute encoder. The operation is simple, the performance is stable the process can be saved, and the call is easy to replace different products, saving the time of secondary debugging and realizing large-scale automatic sanding production. (Note: Different products need to be equipped with the corresponding sand rod and sanding glue head according to the requirements of the product).
