NDJ18K-360× 300 double-headed vertical 18 belt sander is an automatic sanding machine being controlled with the servo numerical control system. This machine is configured with two sanding mechanisms, capable for simultaneous sanding of two pots. This machine is characterized by simple operation, capable of storing the production information of more than 20 types of the workpieces, for subsequent use. This machine is characterized by simple commissioning and easy use after reasonable innovation in structure and function; when replacing the products with different sizes, it is only required to replace the product mold and recall the product information stored on the touchscreen, so that the machine can start the production. It is capable of sanding the special-shaped pots, such as straight-body pot, bulging pot and salad bowl.
