The workpiece undergoes a series of processes-including initial cleaning, vacuum washing, rinsing, and drying-before being delivered to the unloading station, completing the entire cycle. The systems primarily composed of an ultrasonic generator, transducers, cleaning tanks, storage tanks, a spray system, a dehydration system, an vacuum cleaning system, a drying system, a circulation and fltration system, an agitation system, an automatic temperature controlled heating system loading unloading mechanisms, the robotic arm, the machine frame, an enclosed cover and an operational control panel.
