DSP4140-ZD multi head CNC outer polishing machine is a new generation of digitally controlled polishingmachines continuously developed on the basis of our company's series of products. The overal layout of themachine is a horizontal overall design. The base reference adopts the "*" shaped base mechanism form ofGerman and Japanese mainstream brand machine tools, and is subjected to complete stress relief annealingtreatment to achieve sufficient rigidity and stability. When the main shaft is equipped with three sets ofpolishing wheels and the speed is up to 2700 r/min, the vibration of the machine base does not exceed 0.02mm. Without the need to tighten the foundation screws, the machine has no obvious vibration anddisplacement.At the same time,the control system of the machine adopts "high-speed field bus" technologywhich can achieve high-speed and accurate trajectory and polishing process control of the machine, and cancomplete polishing processes for different parts such as edges, bottoms, and sides in one clampingoperation. It is suitable for mass polishing production of the outer surfaces of soup pans, frying pans, fryingpans, and other products.
