DSP4220-ZD multi head CNC internal polishing machine is a new generation of digital controlled three-axis
linkage polishing machine continuously developed based on our company's series of products. The overall layout of the machine is a horizontal central axis connected symmetrically from left to right as a whole structure, which not only ensures the overall rigidity and stability of the center of gravity, but also facilitates installation and debugging. It can be started up and used without using foundation screws. In terms ofmechanical transmission, using the internationally renowned heavy-duty series of linear transfer tracks and rack and pinion drives, combined with the "high-speed field bus" control system, it can achieve high-speedand accurate motion control of the machine. It can allows the installation of two workpieces to complete eight different polishing processes in sequence, suitable for large-scale polishing operations on the inner surfaces of metal products such as soup pans, frying pans, and frying pans.
