MB414S-CNC outer polishing machine is a new generation of automated three-axis linkage cnc polishing
machine independently developed by our company based on the mb4140 external polishing machine series
products. The control system of the machine adopts multi-axis motion controller + handheld touch screen
control technology, and each feed shaft is controlled by high-precision servo motor.
It has the functions of automatic precision compensation of grinding wheel loss, automatic waxing and
monitoring of grinding wheel loss. The system can upload and issue the process formula, running status,
alarm signal and other data of the equipment to realize the digital network management of the factory. At the
same time, each device reserves a robot control interface (digital Dl/DO), which can be linked to the
supporting robot to achieve automatic feeding, unloading and other operations.
