The machine is mainly composed of two stations, sanding wheel edge grinding and sanding belt looping, as well as a workpiece. The grinding station is mainly responsible for reverse edge sanding process, the sanding belt station is mainly responsible for the process of edge cutting (deburring). Both stations are controlled by servo motors and cylinders for feed, compensation, forward and backward movement, as well as reciprocating motion. This machine is mainly used for sanding, polishing, and deburring the reverse and cut edges of stainless steel soup pans and frying pans after punching.
