PROCESS FLOW:

Ultrasonic cleaning + Filtration - Ultrasonic rinsing - Hot air drying

CLEANING PROCEDURE:

1. Place the workpieces into tank1 (equipped with the filtration system) for ultrasonic cleaning. The medium is tap water with cleaning agent. Cleaning time is approximately 5 minutes (adjustable based on workpiece requirements).

2. After 5 minutes, transfer the workpieces to tank 2 for ultrasonic rinsing with tap water to remove residual cleaning agent and contaminants for a superior finish. Rinsing time is approximately 5 minutes (adjustable).

3. Finally, transfer the workpieces to the drying tank for drying, which takes approximately 5-10minutes (adjustable).
